How much weight did you lose before noticing the difference?

As of this morning, I've lost 17lbs, YAY!!!
Obviously, still a long way to go, want to lose another 50lbs by Christmas,
But my clothes aren't looser, no ones commented on my looking slimmer.
And i just thought, i wonder when everyone else noticed?
So, just let me know, always curious to hear other peoples thoughts and opinions.

It took me 5kg to feel it around my waist, 10kg before I really felt much different all over and about the same before I got any comments. At about 15kg, people really started to notice.

I've lost around the same amount as you and my body looks exactly the same, and my clothes fit exactly the same too... however, I have noticed more definition in my collarbones and wrists. I'd way rather notice in my belly than my wrists though!

I've lost 14 pounds - no one has noticed and I'm not surprised nor am I ready for anyone to notice. I can feel my clothes fitting a little better - very little. Like wearing jeans the second day instead of fresh out of the dryer difference. I can see it right above my knees -

I am very short waisted (bottom rib and hipbone only 1 inch apart) so I believe (hope) I am losing visceral fat.

I lose weight mostly off my stomach (but sadly that is where I carry it first also) so I noticed very quickly, maybe about 10lbs.

Nobody said anything to me though until I mentioned that I had lost weight (at about 30 lbs down), at which point everyone said that they had thought so for a while (got the impression that there may have been some gossiping going on).

I think generally people are afraid to mention it in case you take it wrongly and think they are calling you big or something.
