I'm using the 30 day shred as my #1 tool and trying to stay under calorie goal everyday. I'd really like to start speed walking but the weather is hit and miss. For the first time in my life I WANT to get outside and be active.

Having coffee at my supposed best friends house one day, talking about our kids. She looked at me without saying anything for a while and I asked her what........... She then said I remember when my belly sat on my legs, I feel so sorry for you. I was totally P!$53D!!

At my previous lowest weight since giving birth, people could notice a little difference from me being 225 down to 202. With the weight gain I had come back over the last 2 years(was 240 a week and a half ago) I think (for me) no one will notice anything significant until I weigh around 190. Unfortunate yes, disheartening…

I can relate to skinny friends complaining about their weight. Makes me feel sick. I'm also reslly annoyed there are no gyms or anything remotely close to where I live. Well regardless,I say ignore them or tell them like it is. Something in a neutral tone at first and then maybe more harsh.
