You mean belly flap? If so when I was pregnant I wore this lycra thing to keep the bump in place, maybe that would help?

I am absent from style atm :( I am in this mid losing weight rut, where I refuse to buy anything new as I dont itend to stay here. My style before weightloss was boring and plain. I am looking forward to discovering my style and getting back to you soon :D

I am in, I am Katy and have bee slightly stuck recently, so need the boost. I dont weigh in until tues and dont have scales i the house, so start weight is of today 138lb or I can do it tues?

My daughter is totally in love with JLS :D I am from sheffield, boring, but England. Welcome to MFP it is great and there are loads of us UKers around, just the wrong time of day, all morning we are the only ones around.

Just dont worry too much, I go over by miles sometimes, enjoy it, make small changes, try to eat slightly better for the rest of the week, do a little more exercise. And drink massive amounts of water.

I drink water, green tea, mint tea, way too much coffee and a diet coke each day. Green tea is great gets rid of cravings I find.

I do mine on the scale in the chemist, lots of them have them and I believe you can use any way to measure as long as you stick to it.

I can workout for hours and hours on end and I can run for ever on a treadmill and can walk fast all day. Can I run a mile in real life? can I heck, lucky if I get to the end of my street, I think there is just a art to it that I don't have, I also smoke though.

Thats exactly what I mean, just seems to be totally socially acceptable to tell people thay are too thin :S Doesnt seem right.

I was fat for years and I never actually noticed, not one person told me I was fat :S I am now slightly chubby and everyone and thier dog, tellsme I am too thin. Just strange if you ask me.

Slightly off topic, but why is it totally acceptable to tell people they are way too skinny? Imagine if you told folk they were way too fat.

Yep, I am with you. I am alright with the diet part, as we all eat well. But fitting in my workout can be interesting. I have a nearly 2 year old who insists on restarting the wii or taking out the dvd while I am doing it lol. I am fine at the weekends as they go to their dads, but during the week I am struggling more and…
