Just looking for some mates from Ireland or the U.K; got a few American ones..

I'm from Dublin but I currently live in London.

    I am from sheffield, boring, but England.

    Welcome to MFP it is great and there are loads of us UKers around, just the wrong time of day, all morning we are the only ones around.

    thanks, yeh i really need to be getting to bed soon... =) yeh cant help but love JLS & Westlife lol

    So would yeh mind if i asked how yeh lost 54lbs, i'm close to what yer starting weight was and would really like to get all the tips i can. What yeh did what yeh i ate?
