I don't particularly like the treadmill, bit when I used ot I could set the speed so it helped me to take longer strides. When i'm on the street I have a bad habit of taking short strides that slow me down.

Yup! I too have experienced this. However, I realized that it's both a combination of the weight loss and the foods your eating at that time. When I eat heavy pr greasy foods, I'm hot. But when I eat fresh things I have a normal or colder inner temperature. It's strange.

Check out the Couch to 5K program. It will help you start slow between walking & jogging & build up over the fours of many weeks (week 1 alternates between sets of 60 seconds jogging & maybe 2 minutes walking). It has helped me build endurance.

I may be just repeating what someone else has said, but if you don't tell the man, he won't have a clue. Sadly, they can't read our minds (as much as we want them to) so just tell him long in advance that this is what would make you feel special & what you want for your birthday/anniversary.

I'm only a D cup now (down from DD) but as far as the workpit goes, I say"who cares". Who cares if the girls are jumping around. Moving is going to change that part pf nature so don't even worry about it. Most pf the smaller girls I've ever talked to wish they could have my size.

I personally don't like exercising with much in my stomach, so I might have a small piece of fruit or half a protein bar to tie me over until I'm finished (that is, if I wake up to exercise). ;-)
