  • You may have added more muscle than you ever had when you were your old base clothes size perhaps... Which leads me to wonder, is it worth loosing that to be that 1 size skinnier or are you already hitting a more healthy weight for yourself? Whatever you decide, a bit of food for thought??

I will be realist and I think I am going to change from Water aerobics to a legs bums and tums aerobics class.. Keep up the Pilates and have 1 day off from exercise instead of two..
