  • Fat keeps you sated. I'd eat something fatty after seeing if I was thirsty. Since ezsweets doesn't affect me negatively.. I like to fix a few ozs of cream cheese, ezsweets, and davinci sugar free syrup together. Creates a filling dessert.

  • I agree with the post above. I don't consider any of the calorie values for things you posted bad. My calories a day are 1200-1300. Generally I drink tea with heavy cream 4-5x a day have a snack and a meal. To have 3 average person meals a day.. then the calories would be problematic.

  • It's not the protein that keeps me full. It's fat. I ran 22km a week and was endlessly hungry whether I ate 1200 calories or 2000 calories daily. Choosing to be keto. I can eat 1200 calories and run 22km a week and not be hungry. The source of my calories has made a huge difference.
  • No starches.. minimal fruit. Very little prepackaged stuff.

  • Nothing to judge. I made my best friend (who I live with)'s child marshmallow fudge. I don't like marshmallows. Turns out in fudge.. I do. I had a piece the day I made it. Bad in cals and carbs.. but not as bad as I'd have thought. Made room in my carb and calorie count for 1/2 piece every day or so.
  • Same.. Ienter my ingredients so I too know exactly what I ate, and the macros on it.. but I tried to submit one and let it be public. I got 3/4 through accidentally hit back and it got wiped. Was a lot of effort.

  • I like raw and frozen too. I'm keto, so I cook mine in a good amount of butter and garlic as it fits in my macros. Can't ever get sick of it :) Too tasty.
