Let's just say I am pretty close to this

Nothing! I like the way veggies taste all on their own.

Are you eating enough Fiber and Protein rich foods?
-
I eat breakfast around 730-800a and then workout around 1130. I am not hungry while working out (running 3 miles) but quite hungry after. Any time I have ever eaten within 90-120 minutes of working out has always caused me cramps.

Thanks to who have replied thus far. I'm not hungry, barely ever. But I know there's some type of science involved getting somewhat near your daily calorie goal. Certainly not trying to eat a 1,000 calorie dinner on purpose. Well....maybe once a month :)

Welcome! Running 5-6 miles is something I am currently striving for. I am at 3 miles, but have been running for 3 months now.

Welcome! Care to share some exercise tips?

FANTASTIC POST. I am 2 1/2 months into running. I am someone who used to be able to 'run' for 4 minutes, then walk for 10. Now I am running 5Ks in around 33 minutes without slowing down, without stopping, all due to hard work, perseverance.... and people like you who've shared their experiences. I thank you greatly. I…

I've been running for three months now, on the treadmill with the exception of once outside. For some perspective, I now average a 10:30 mile and am 220 pounds. In high school, 175 pounds? 18:00 mile. Now I can run a 5K on the treadmill in about 34 minutes without stopping. What I am trying to say is take your time outside…

I'm in. New runner here of about 2 months. Just ran 3 miles today without stopping and looking for other new runners to link up to. Thanks!
-
LOL can't wait for that day to come. In due time of course :)
-
I have run outside, once, and did 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. I averaged 2.75 in 30 minutes up until today. The one time I did run outside I felt great, then got very sore the next two days. Now I fully realize that it takes practice and a few times to work out the kinks of doing it outside, but for now I am building up on…

There's only one thing so say WOW

Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck - and STICK WITH IT. And once you finally reach your goal we'll all be here to congratulate you.
-
No, but most of my friends on my list are people I know in real life :)
-
Congrats - you look great and probably feel even better!
-
Great list. I agree with most of them. Especially being able to fit into a bra. Those things are the worst lol.

Nice work!

Hello and welcome to MFP! Feel free to add me - we all could use the motivation :)

I'm in Carroll County! :)

Thanks :) You rock!

Haven't read any of the comments but I'll lend my advice. You need to make sure you are eating foods high in Fiber and Proteins. It's never good to undercut any of the things MFP tracks by too much on any given day. I would also suggest doing different things if possible. Like Yoga 1-3 days, cardio 1-3 days, strength the…

This is easy. Baked goods. And drink wise? BEER. mmmmm beer.

Anytime! Let me know how it turns out!

Thanks!

When using a glass dish, I would bake at least for 27-33 minutes depending on the size of the breasts (6-8oz). The sauce will keep the chicken from drying out. That's of course before placing the cheese on top for an additional 5 minutes.

D'OH! Whoops. I guess posting isn't my strong suit neither :) I'll edit the post as well. 6 oz breasts - 27-30 minutes. 8 oz breasts - 30-32 minutes. Keep in mind I am using a square glass brownie style dish. Not sure of the dimensions. 7x7? . Then the additional 5 minutes once the cheese is placed on top and the foil is…

I was always told only to drink water or protein shakes right before a workout.
