Have a snack.. The fact that you're hungry right now is your body telling you it needs food! So feed it. :)

Alligator.. Guess I'm not a very strange eater. I have seen some canned pig brains in the store I work at. I'm almost tempted to try it one day. :P

Yes, that's fairly normal for me. No physical health issues. Recently been having panic attacks/ stress.. but I'm not sure if that would effect my running. I'll just chalk it up to over doing it. I'll just have to be more careful next time!

I don't. :( I have the biggest sweet tooth. Just today I ate 3 slices of Angel food cake. I think the key is to eat sweets in moderation IF you can. Some people do better just avoiding sweets all together because (like myself) once you have the first slice you crave more and more. Do what you think is best for you. Just…

Wow, I most definitely can see a change! Your stomach looks so much smaller!

I was running 6 mph. Seems pretty light?

I was on a treadmill, and it does have a heart rate monitor built in. One bit of information that might be helpful- when I stopped running I continuted to walk at 3.2 mph on incline for 5 mins- I checked my heart rate. It was 188. 188 at walking that slow? It seemed a little off. No side pains at all. :)

Thank you, I will definitely consider that. I don't have any disorders that I know of!

I'm at 1200 and I haven't lost anything for about 2 weeks! I'm going to give it till Saturday and then readjust my calorie intake if I stay the same.

Are you referring to the trace amounts of harmful chemicals in tap water? According to my physical science teacher almost all water has tiny tiny tiny amounts of cyanide and radio active...something like that. BUT it's so minute that it doesn't have any harmful effect on you what so ever.

Love it! Haha, I have a test on acids/chemical equations this Wednesday. I need all the extra help I can get! :P

Same here! I had alot of friends to tell me that I would cave eventually, but I have proved them wrong so far!

I feel the same way almost every night. It gets so bad that I physically feel sick. I've noticed that little things trigger it. Ex. facebook, my bf leaving, being alone in my room. You are so not alone. I think this happens to so many women. I blame our crazy hormones. I hope that this can help you: when I start feeling…

That looks like it could hurt. :O

Great job! You look amazing!

How weird is it that as I was reading this I noticed a large picture of a banana above your post captioned "5 foods you must not eat." Anyway, there are plenty of other foods that are high in potassium you could include in your diet. Advocados, fish, nuts, prunes, raisin, orange juice are just a few to name!

Explain to your dad that you know he has good intentions, but the way he talks to your sister is hurting her. At her age, she is impressionable and words like that can really hurt her self esteem. Good for you for looking after your sister. You sound like a great big sister!

I don't count diet mt. dew, gum, mints, or the occasional nibbles of food. I try to log only half of my exercise calories to balance it out.

Pretty smile!

Rofl! That post should have come with a disclaimer to not drink and read at the same time! She's probably in a corner of some room gnawing on her crayons. What's a villi?

Wow! You lost ALOT in a month! That's fantastic!

Fiber one brownie or sugar snap peas? Sorry I'd still choose the brownie when I'm craving something sweet. Veggies don't do it for me as a snack! It's not the best granted, but definitely a better option to the gorges of oreos, reeces, cheesecake brownies I was eating. Everything in moderation is how I try to live my life.
