when i first started back in may 2008 i weighed 170 i was doing aerobics an hour a day i walk an hour a day ride my bike 30 mins a day and do water aerobics 30 mins a day did that till jan 2009 then i went to just 30 mins to an hour of aerobics a day and a 30 min walk a day . now i am down to 115 i still watch what i eat.…

i used to not go everyday either but i have put more fiber in my diet and drink lots of water everyday so now i go everyday sometimes twice a day:laugh:

no i used another site fitday i like this one a lot better . i use it to monitor what i eat so i dont eat to much and gain weight

no didnt get any negative ones it gave me energy where i wanted to get up and exercise and helped keep me from eating it controled my hunger

i took hydroxcut and lost 55 lbs in 3 months. it will be a year in may since i started losing and still havent gained anything back i still watch what i eat and exercise 5 days a week. for 30 mins up to 2 hours a day . i went from 170 lbs to 115 lbs. from size 18 in pants to size 4
