Youre not kidding. Yesterday was day 1 for me and about meal 5 i choked because i was ripping everyone around me a new *kitten*. While i did have pizza i didnt stray too far from the set macros or cals. But today is lc2.... Uhm yay, ha!

Only downside is you cant swim with the hrm band and you have to buy a separate gadget to download your data...but I get around those two things by just keeping track of how long I swim and by manually inputting my burn into myfp.

I had both and ended up returning both to get a polar F7. I love it! It tracks both my cardio and strength/resistance burn. And its about $119.

Ive had a session with a trainer at my gym. Hes great, but too $$. He set great goals for that particular day but not longterm. Will check out the site, thanks!

Nope im the sons' mom who needs to keep up with the swimming, the playing, the fight busting :) I have looked scooby up for pull up training. Im constantly trying to work on upper body strength and his youtube video really broke it down well. But i didnt see a breakdown of a specific training plan.

Im paleo..i found spirutein is organic and gf and not too bad when mixed with coconut milk. Milk = poison to me...im lactose intol.

Try the book practical paleo. It's pretty awesome! Gf since feb 2013 due to skin/digestive issues. Word of warning....for me if I have tried to consume gluten or eaten it by mistake then I get sick. interesting Matt. Im on week 2 of nrolfw and have seen about a 2 lb gain. So I may just have to wait until the end of stage 1 (4 weeks from now) to see any drop in lbs?
