I have trail mix which I make myself, 100 calorie snack packs for my sweet tooth, fruit, or a piece of cheese. I used to be hungry still after because the portions are smaller than usual, but it's all mental =) DRINk A LOT OF WATER! It helps fill you up!

I love make cream spinach. Cambells fat free cream of mushroom soup, white onion chopped into small pieces, and the spinach cooked down. It's so yummy, like a comfort food but it's a vegi!
