Interesting question not stupid. I hope you get someone that knows to answer you.

Glad that you are making time for yourself. A great workout is swimming- easy on the joints and still burns a lot of calories. Also try doing things that are upper body related- cardio boxing. Or you could try a stationary bike, a little less pressure on your feet then other exercises since you aren't standing on them.…

I've noticed with my cycle that it's easier/less symptoms when I exercise harder and more often. Here lately my cycles have been coming earlier by a day or two (which really is starting to tick me off because they last as if they landed on the day they were suppose to), but when I first started exercising I was late and…

You do have to eat and I don't think that 200 calories that you've added is going to make you gain weight. Your BMR has to be higher than that so you are already burning more than you are putting in. Not drinking enough water, eating things that are processed/packed with sodium is going to make it harder to lose weight.…

Congrats on the weight loss and being determined. You look great.

Be strong, stress is hard and stress eating is harder. Food doesn't make you feel better or more in control. Though in a way you are controlling something and that may be what your brain is trying to do. You can't control everything, and being in the middle of hard situations is the worst time to find that out. Breath deep…

I get that way sometimes. Most of the time when I guilt over something like that it's because I keep thinking it over and trying to figure out what I could have done better. Or I beat myself up over having something that I know I didn't need, didn't really want, or could have made better at home. If you stayed under your…

Child for me. The money would be spent on the future in a way. Also you can only do so much in a Ferrari that's fun, where as- when you raise a child you never know what to expect for fun (or anything else for that matter). Besides if the child is a success when they grow up there might be a possibility they buy me a…

I have a high family history of miscarriages and premature births. I saw that message when you first load it up that you should ask a health professional before/ or not intended for people that have blah blah blah stuff, and decided it wasn't worth losing my baby to exercising on a game. I did do a bit of exercise during…

In my opinion I think that whatever routine you choose to do and stick with is what's best. Until you start really doing your exercises and figuring out how much your body can and can't take there may not be a good way to say. Rest days are important so your body can recover though.

Depending on where your half an inch of gain is, it could be that you are just bloated and it will take time to let your body go back to normal. Water retention does account for many things and if you ate things that were super salty then it just may take longer for your body to return to pre-binge you.

Indulging every now and again is alright. Try to strengthen your self-control by putting all but what you are going to eat away. Kind of out of site out of mind thing.

My motivation is my son, my dad (who has lost 60 lbs with COPD), my own health (trying to prevent diabetes), and to prove someone wrong that said that I was a quitter at heart. My rewards are seeing myself healthier, and being able to look at myself in the mirror without being disgusted. Too poor to afford anything else…

I weigh myself everyday (unless I eat breakfast too early or I am really sick, trying to stop this habit though) even on my cycle. My weight does go up a bit but only by a few pounds and then it all drops off and then some when the week ends- note to say that if this doesn't happen it's because I've had some really salty…

Haven't found the perfect exercise yet but I've got a great routine of walking and exercising with Kinect games like My Fitness Evolved and EA Active 2. Can't afford a membership anywhere so I just do what I can at home. Have to say that I've stuck with exercise so far just because I can change it on certain days.

Great NSV.

Congrats :)

Try swimming. Great calorie burn and it's easier on the joints.

Congrats you look fantastic :D

I've done the 30 day shred, I had some nice results even though I did the easy version of the pushups. Gradually you will gain muscle in your arms that allow you to get better at pushups. You have to use the muscles that are weak in order to build them up. Same with crunches, as you do the exercises it becomes easier. And…

Your pictures aren't showing up on the thread. Went to the links and you are doing great :drinker:

Try to eat healthy- stuff like fresh fruits and veg are great. When I got hungry I would eat saltine crackers in order to hold myself over but I really focused on eating the fresh stuff. Watermelon kept me going and also apples. I would also listen to your body. If you are hungry then try to eat something healthy for you…

Sorry you are having such a hard time for one. Two I have not had a BED so I can not really help in that aspect. I would suggest talking to your therapist about the site- if you have deleted two accounts already there is a good possibility that you will continue to count calories even if someone says stop. If you talk to…

Probably because there are a few different ways in which to pop it- the butter/oil version or the air pop. The air pop would be less calories because you have no extra just the corn itself where as if you do the traditional route then you have to account for that.
