  • I'm in Missouri and don't have a membership to a gym so I find other ways in which to exercise. Walking around town, exercise inside with DVDs, Kinect games, and dancing. The only thing I find difficult about exercise in the area that I am in is that my town doesn't have sidewalks everywhere so when I'm pushing a stroller…
  • I'll do it now.... Move your bum and do your cardio. Motivated yet lol.

  • I love water. It's not the only thing I drink but it's the main thing. I drink anywhere between 12-20 8oz glasses a day. I don't like soda, I drink lemonade or tea when I go out to eat if I can.

  • Frozen dinners can be loaded with sodium and so can prepackaged boxed dinners. If you are having to search for alternatives or don't know how to start- try to do it simply. Start with frozen veggies to add to dinners (have to watch some of these as well because they can be packed with sodium). Try to adjust the way you…

  • 30 day shred is great and you can view the first section for free on youtube. That way you can see what you are getting into before you buy it.
  • My ticker picture is of my son. He's the inspiration to lose weight for my dad and myself. He keeps me going and active :D
  • Yes I agree this is drug related, the news feed and what it's under for search is zombie attack. Figured I would stick with what it's been branded.

  • Vinegarets are nice tasting dressing and you can make your own if you get the kits with seasoning packets- they come with the carfare and seasoning you add olive oil, vinegar, and water . I use just vinegar on my salads now. I liked french, and poppy seed personally but I don't use it much. Can't help you on brands either.
  • Though it may be possible and some have achieve it, you may want to start by focusing on health rather than weight. Everyone is different so how much and how fast one person loses weight will differ from another. Do research and keep your attitude of wanting to reach your goal. But also be realistic about how much and how…
  • It just takes time for your body to adjust. If you start upping your water quickly then yeah you are going to have to pee a lot. But after a while your body gets use to the water amount you give it and the urge will start to slow. I drink anywhere from 12-20 glasses of water in a day and at first I was going a lot but now…
  • Nearly 5 lbs in a week is fantastic! Congrats on that first off. If you feel you can do better then keep that as part of your motivation- kind of like a challenge for yourself. I felt good but tired and hungry my first week. I stayed motivated the first few weeks by a friend of my dad's saying that he thought I was a…
  • Well one thing you could do is stop dwelling on the past. That would be a great first step. Don't think about what you've done or gone over in the past just think about now and the future. Plan your meals ahead of time to keep you from worrying about how many calories you are consuming and that will help you with the cycle…
  • Sounds like your mom is trying to be positive and keep your moral and self-esteem up. Your dad may be trying to keep you in the mind that you were in when you did gymnastics and in his own way trying to keep you healthy. Your brother sounds like he's just being blunt (siblings can be really good at that). My suggestion is…
  • Doing a quick search in wikipedia on sunburns and it looks like the blisters are just a normal reaction for some people. Keep yourself clean and you may be alright (not medical advice just an opinion).
  • Not sure what to suggest except maybe to take your dog out for a walk for a beginning of an exercise routine. Walking in the sun will help up your vitamin d a little bit and the walk is at least some exercise. If it takes you a bit to whined down then try to do some exercise at night instead of the morning- some…
  • I don't know how long a while is but if you've hit a plateau then I would suggest looking up some ways in order to break it. Eating more will help I'm sure but also try to change up your exercises. I hope you find more people to help you with your problem.

  • I have had it happen to me but I didn't think it was necessarily from my tailbone. All I found I could do was do less of them and more of other exercises, especially while the skin healed.
  • Awesome job so far!
  • You can add your calories burned under Exercise-My Exercise-Create Exercise, typing in the name, your weight, time, and calories burned.
  • Those sound like strength training. However you can find push-ups under cardiovascular.
  • Glad that you are alright after your heart attack. Also glad that you are taking action about your health now. I wish you the best of luck in getting healthy and losing weight.
  • I have read and was suggested to take flax seed for more fiber. I take Metamucil though to up my fiber- 25 calories per tsp and 3 grams of fiber, 7 carbs.
  • Not technologically inclined enough to know if my desktop has a kindle reader or not but I can ask my husband that is. If possible I will try this. Thank you :)
  • Thanks for the suggestion :)
  • This would be great advice if I hadn't already got a dead spot on it from a drop of my sons drool on my screen. I really do understand that they are made to take some wear and tear through use but when one spot of drool can blacken out some of my screen I don't think I'll risk it. Thanks though :)
  • Chocolate- the one thing I can't seem to do without.
