Thanks, sundinsgurl ^^ Way to go to you, too! Not many people have been able to keep going with it through to day 30 but I know we can do it! I missed another night last night (for some reason I don't have level 3 yet... I really should get it) so I hope I can complete it in the next 10 days.

If you are motivated and stick to it every single day, I think you will definitely see results after 30 days. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred to complement my calorie counting and weight loss efforts and it's worked very well so far. I don't know what I'm gonna do when I finish (I'm half way through it now), probably…

I just love Hog's Breath Cafe! W1D2 done! 3 - 4 - 2 - 3 - [4] Like last time, I couldn't exceed four push ups in the last set, but it's still pretty amazing I could increase my max from three to four. I'm pretty happy to see that I'm improving :smile:

Despite my little cry before, I managed to finish the first session, so it's time for me to officially post... Week 1 Day 1 done! 2 - 3 - 2 - 2 - [3], I could NOT do any more than three push ups in the final set, I hope I can improve!

I did the initial test just then... I barely made it to five regular push ups :sad: I thought I was stronger than that, but I it just means it's gonna be a bigger and better challenge for me. Give it your best, guys!
