I tried this recipe-minus the pb this morning (first time to make one), and it was so thick I nearly gagged. I added a few ice cubes to see if that would help...but it kinda made it worse. What am I doing wrong? I even used a smoothie maker..which is essentially is a blender with a dispencer.

I work out at 4:30 (yes am!) every other day, plus one day Saturday or Sunday.
