So my grandparents and parents have all told me the past 2 years that I need to watch what I am eating. I can't see your food diary...but I would suggest that it might also be from lack of protein. Depending on what you are eating everyday you may not be getting enough protein to substain your blood sugar levels at a high enough point and that can cause headaches. Walking (Leselie Sasone DVD's are great!) or Palietes (spelling I know is way off, but anyways I use the Crunch Dvd's) that helps mine go down in a short period of time.

I think this is a great idea...if I my work had good water to drink, I might just do that...instead I have two water bottles (20ozes) that I go through and then drink some more in teh evenign (about two more bottles of water)...so by the end of the day it is 80 ozes...idk if that is good or not, but it is much better then…

Thanks Bru and TheMommie...I didn't really notice my face until I posted these and I was really surprised by it. :) My tummy was the first thing I saw go down...it was remarkable to me...I woke up one day and it was much flatter! I do that...well sometimes depends on the type of stress...if something traumatic has happened I don't eat (I'm a control freak and when that traumatic thing is out of my control I stress out about it and morn or deal with it)...if it is with homework I stress eat...but then again if it is stress dealing with work I can't…

I am in the same boat. I have a lot of sinus problems right now...and really can't walk like I want too. So I have been using my hand weights and trying to deal with it that way. I am just trying to eat well and let this pass...I go to bed earlier and I eat soup and fruit. I do hope you feel better, being sick doesn't help…

I would say walking and running...I do Leslie Sansones Walking for Weightloss DVD and it does wonders for my stomach! :)

Go to a trader joes or a whole foods store and try their nutruion bars. It might be helpful, plus keep you full. The one I eat a lot is "luna bars" but they are "made for women"...but they still taste really good ha! :) also buy a lunch bag and then you can bring things you can put in the mircowave...or store a sandwhich…
