I have looked for that under the exercise database, and I can not find it at all. I wonder if you added it to your own database but not to the sites database (you can do that under food, so I wonder if you can do that for exercising.) But I do thank you for adding it. I have her walking for weightloss dvd...and since you are walking a 12 min mile in that, I put it under 5.0 mph and do all five miles which for me adds up to be around 599 cals burned (which means that much more cals i can eat! :) ) I don't know what her other DVD's are like, but another friend of mine uses them, and she…

Yes, happens to me all the time. So this is what I do...I weigh everyday...but I only count what happens on Sunday. Yesturday I was at 164...today I was at 167...I will count what the scale says on Sunday and go with it as being right. Happens to all of us! :)

I say splurge and drink...Diet Coke! :) NO water this weekend...just good old Diet Coke...trust me you'll feel better about not wasting the cals, and staying sober (and you'll be heading in to 6 months sober soon :) ) Keep up the good work. :) (and I agree with everyone else, it can be hella fun to mess with drunk people…

I think this is awesome! :) I feel the same way about why I post everything. This weekend I have a wedding to go too, and I have a cookout with my family. This could be a bad weekend. But I,like you, plan on posting everything. It helps me realize how much I am eating, so I don't over eat, plus helps me pick the better…

Try Leslie Sansone! She is amazing...it is walk at home (for when you can't get outside and walk. It is about 10 min per 1 mile on my DVD (or less). She adds in some lunging so it should help build some strength in your legs. I walk at least three miles with her every other day (if not more..LOVE HER!) :) Keep up the great…

Yes! Actually just posted a topic on what I do to bypass my cravings...umm when I just can't stand it I try to eat something that is high in protein and high in fiber. One thing that you body may be lackign (don't know haven't checked your diary) is protein...it will help you get through the day longer without eating more…

A lot of people use it as a way to eat more...which is good...so if you are dying for that Skinny Cow...then you can work out and have some extra cals left over to eat that Skinny Cow without any bad feelings about it. It's a good thing! :)

Get some hand weights and do some arm exercises, since it probably hurts to stand or walk really...just sit on the couch...watch your favorite show, but do the hand weights (4 - 5lbs would be right for me and they are fun to do because you work a different body party that you don't usually)

I can eat 1500...but usually I have around 200 left over in the evening...and if I don't have any left over, I work out to gain some back. :)

It sounds like you are not getting enough good protein in your system, or you wouldn't be feeling hungery. I have been mixing up the sandwhich reutine with a lean pocket or a smart choices meal once in awhile. They are good, fill you up, and there is just something about eating a hot meal that makes me feel good. Or make soup at home that is low cal, or a simple pasta that is low cal and have that. Mine is just the opposite too...I started June 7thish on here and have lost 4 pounds total. Idk why I am not losing more...anyway Why don't you up the cals a little like intead of eating 1200 a day eating 1500 and taking a nice walk or something at the end of the day.
