Okay NET calories should be 1800? Or thats a static number? Because on days I run I know that if I only eat 1800 cals that will cause my net to be much lower.. If I eat say...2000 cals then I can create the deficit through my runs causing my net to be about 1700 or so.

I'm not injured anymore, I just hadn't been able to lift and do strength training for the past month. 2000 is about 250 less than my TDEE. I still run and do workouts I just don't do any serious strength training.

Thank y'all for the input and advice! The only thing is I'm looking to change body composition rather then lose weight. I thought that if I lifted more And reduced my cardio I could achieve this. Anyone else that lifts have any advice?

Okay thank you everyone for your input. I cannot continue on this cycle because it is really exhausting. Obviously I need to change what I am doing because this is not going to be attainable for much longer although I have been doing it for a while now. I will try to get over my fear of gaining and listen to what you guys…

No I am not eating back the calories burned because I feel that my calorie intake would be too high and I don't understand how that would possibly make me lose weight. I would start eating more but I am worried that I would gain weight instead of lose. Is there anyone out there who has had any experience with this and…
