Hi everyone!
Here is my situation:
For the past few years I have been under eating. I had lost about 40 pounds through eating 1500 calories without eating exercise calories (before I knew you were supposed to). After I had lost some weight I decided to take it a step further in order to lose more weight and began eating 1200 calories regardless of exercise calories as well. Obviously this was not the way to go and I lost too much weight. This lasted for about 3 years.
After learning about MFP I changed my goal to eat my BMR + exercise calories. I have put on a little bit of weight (about 10 pounds). I am in a healthy weight range being at 130 pounds at 5'6". I am currently eating 2000 calories and not eating my exercise calories. I typically do about 4 days of cardio (30-60 min runs) and a little bit of strength training as well but not much after I injured myself. I have been eating 2000 calories for about 3 months thinking my metabolism would be fixed by now.
My weight fluctuates a lot and the scale shows I am slowly gaining weight. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where to go next. I would really like to lose about 5 more pounds. I obviously do not want to starve myself like I have done in the past. Have I completely ruined my metabolism? Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks so much for reading.

try 1800 on normal days and upping to 2000 on exercise days, just play around with amounts and see how it goes. x0

I'm not injured anymore, I just hadn't been able to lift and do strength training for the past month. 2000 is about 250 less than my TDEE. I still run and do workouts I just don't do any serious strength training.0

Okay NET calories should be 1800? Or thats a static number?
Because on days I run I know that if I only eat 1800 cals that will cause my net to be much lower.. If I eat say...2000 cals then I can create the deficit through my runs causing my net to be about 1700 or so.0
