I've been so discouraged. This may help! I want to be 190 by Christmas. This will be my present to myself. It's only 10 pounds, but I've been having trouble sticking to the excersize. The eating part is actually easy for me... well the lack of. LOL. Anyway, 190, I'm in!

Ok, I'm failing miserably! I stopped counting calories too!! NOOOO. This is bad, really bad! I will go back ASAP. One thing that will change tomorrow, I'm hitting the gym BEFORE work! I can't do this afterwork, ugh.

This weekend I failed miserably!!! Ugh, so dissapointed in myself. This includes yesterday BTW. I am going back to the gym today and I am back on the horse so I should be ok! One day at a time right?! Keep it up guys!

One thing that I always remember after a crazy weekend is that ... next time I will remember how terrible I felt after and will not allow myself to do that again! Pick yourself up! I've been waiting all day!! I did 60 minutes on the bike! I am so happy about it. However today I have to go on a 45 minute walk because my back issues are coming back :( waaaa.

Go outside and walk! Just because your walking mate isn't ready doesn't mean you can't get a head start around the block a few times. This way you don't eat, and instead are working on more calories.

Ok, you all have a week on me... but I'm going to start today!!! I'm currently 203 pounds I hope to lose 5 pounds by turkey day!!
