Thank you! I did not take measurements. I will need to do that. Maybe something other than my waist is shrinking!? LOL ( jeans still feel the same). Yes- Downward is good- Just was hoping for a bit faster to begin with. Guess I was having a pity party. Here's to the LCHF lifestyle:)
