I mix it with sliced grapes or strawberries, but I bet any fruit could work! I also like it with a bit of curry or chillie powder. Cottage cheese is so good!0

I'm no help at all. I eat it straight out of the container. it's like crack.
I always tell myself in the store I'll make some healthy lasagna with it.
but I almost never do.
For those that need a dairy free option. tofu cottage cheese is a good sub.
with the right seasonings. plus tofu lasts longer in the fridge.0 -
I'm mixing some into an omlette with bell peppers for dinner tonight!
Or, not so healthy, I eat it with barbecue potato chips. SO good!0 -
I love it on baked potatoes as well. I like mine with stewed tomatoes. Kind of like eating lasagna!0

I combine it with sugar free jello and no sugar added canned fruit. I like the sweet salty combination and I find it very filling.0

Peaches, pears, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grated cheese or plain with pepper.....or not. It's all good. Just watch the sodium count if you're watching that cause cottage cheese is surprisingly high sodium.0

I like to put it in my whole wheat pancakes - just reduce the milk and add the cottage cheese. As the curds melt onto the pan, they caramelize. It's adds a sourness to them, so they are like eating sourdough pancakes. Plain pancakes with a little fruit or yougurt on the side is yummy!
Also, cottage cheese that has been blended makes a good sour cream substitute.
Plain with cracked pepper is good too.0
