I'm 9 months pp, but am pretty much the same weight as I came home from the hospital. I feel hungry all the time and don't have much time if any for exercising. I need other mamas to help with support. I want to at least get back to pre-pregnancy weight which is about 50 lbs. YES I gained a lot Anyone want to be my support/friend?

I'd love to! My LO is eight months old and I'm struggling too. The hunger makes losing weight rough but we can do it0

Me too. My guy turns one in a little over a week. I didn't gain Much while pregnant but did after he was delivered. It's time to get back in shape!!0

I'm here with you too! My little guy just turned 5 months. I just joined because after working out for almost a month straight I gained 6 pounds0

I pump and supplement due to supply issues. But I'm there, too. I'm pretty sure they say breastfeeding helps you lose weight to have another reason to get onboard, lol.

Not anymore but I nursed my 4 kids - my last one was 14 months when he weaned. Add me if you ever get stuck. I am known to help people with nursing issues.0

I have a 7 month old who I breastfeed and I don't want to compromise milk supply but need to lose 20lbs or so0
-
Add me- I am 9 months pp also. VERY little weight loss. As soon as I try limiting my calories my supply drops. Need to lose about 30 lbs. Breastfeeding is not helping me loose weight- it is sticking.

I'm 7 weeks post partum and am worried about losing supply if I restrict too much! Add me. We can support each other.0

I´m also 9 months pp, still working on my "baby" weight. I gained most of it after birth. I've started limiting my calorie intake last month and, thankfully, haven't noticed a drop in the milk supply. But I'm still worried I might not be eating enough. How many calories are you ladies consuming? Is anyone going under 1800?0

add me - I'm 2 weeks postpartum starting all over again with my 2nd baby. :-)0

My youngest are 18 months and still nursing. I actually gained weight while nursing 3 kids! How does that work? ! Now that the twins are older, I don't worry about losing my milk supply as much. Over the last couple of months I've been losing by focusing on eating more whole foods, especially veggies. Before it was a lot of convenience foods. Add me0

Baby boy is 9 months and I'm breastfeeding. I was doing so Well until around Thanksgiving and since then I've been eating like crap and I really need accountability partners. I have 18pounds to my goal weight and have maintained the same weight for the past couple months which I'm not happy about! I didn't notice fitness pal had boards like this so please add me!0

My baby is now 2 and still breastfeeding, I somehow gained 30+ lbs while nursing him (with my other 3 I dropped weight quickly). I tried to lose weight last yr but was always hungry and since he needed the breast then I lacked motivation now that he's only nursing for comfort its time I get back in shape.
Feel free to add me.0 -
I'm 4 weeks postpartum. I'm 13 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight, and a but closer to 20 lbs from where I'd like to be, though if be happy to put on muscle and weigh more. Exclusively breast feeding, so not dieting - just trying to be healthy and tighten up my preggo belly!0

I gave birth 7 weeks ago to my seecond and need to loose about 30lbs. Are you able to breastfeed? I'm working out whenever I can. Just this week I started doing 100 squats a day, lifting light weights, and then if my kids sleep I do Jillian michaels 30 day fix (it's free on youtube) ..if the weather allows and my children I do as well I take a half hour brisk walk with a stroller or jog. I've cut my caloric intake down to 1700 and cut out dairy and pasta/bread. I need someone to help keep me motivated0

I'm 6 weeks pp and am trying to get back into a workout routine. Does anyone know an appropriate caloric intake that will result in weight loss but not a diminished milk supply? I feel like this is a tricky balance...0

Hey everyone! I'm 6 weeks postpartum, just got the Dr's clearance to workout, and like most of you are looking for some motivation and support to lose this baby weight while breastfeeding.
No matter how far postpartum you are or how much you have to lose I'd love to be support buddies! Feel free to add me0 -
