My goal is 9 lbs for the month of February. I am staying with a net of 20 carbs. I lost 9.5 lbs on Induction and haven't lost anything since Friday :/, and I added workouts to my routine....hopefully after a day or two the scale moves in the downward direction.

I lost 9 lbs in the first two weeks. I didn't get to the gym as much as I wanted too...maybe about 2x a week. I also ate Atkins bars and shakes, if that interests you. I can't help it, I know it is a personal battle but I keep envisioning the scene in the Nutty Professor when his formula starts to wear off and he starts literally busting at the seems. I picture that as me if I have a carb! HAHA

Try salsa chicken. Throw chicken and a jar of salsa in a crock pot. It will shred and you can eat it over rice or in tacos. Throw in beans and corn to add more textures. With the chicken shredded it has more of a tuna texture. Good luck!

I use greek yogurt instead of sour cream...you'd never know the difference.

I don't eat back exercise calories. I eat what it recommends before exercise.

My friends always want to go out to eat or order in food for lunch. If I say I can't have anything (or don't want anything) they will say, "Oh you can get a salad!!!" What they don't understand is that the salad from Chilies or Applebees can have just as many calories as a meal, depending on what it comes with.

I'd like to work out in the morning but I'd have to be up at 4 and sometimes if I don't get out of work until 7...I just don't trust myself to stick to that. But I'll look into the melatonin. Thanks :)

Yes! I am in the same position...except my wedding is in October (YIKES!!!) so I'm really on a time crunch and doing this the healthy way and still getting good results will be a challenge. Add me if you'd like to chat!

I just started Bob Harper's "Total Body Transformation" workout dvd and it is a killer! It is designed to get people out of a rut, and so far it is doing a great job for me. Good luck to you!

Thanks! I picked up The 6 week boot camp and I'm going on week 2 now without any drastic changes. I feel stronger but don't see much results...hopefully that will come as the levels get harder.
