  • Sparis88 is right - you may not be getting enough nutrients. I take Biotin as a supplement to support hair and nail strength and growth. Stress can also cause hair loss, and worrying about hair loss creates more stress! If the hair loss continues, however, I would seek a second opinion.

  • Pilates is a great exercise anytime, but especially when your ankle or leg is injured. I love Winsor Pilates. You can adjust the workout so you would not affect your injury. Good luck!
