Think know whats in my fridge. Eggwhites with fried onion (I have a herb and chives egg white mix) and some turkey bacon. I'll be over on protien (since I passed that number by 10am) but everything else fits :) Plus room for my tea with some milk :)

At 1200 yes, eat them. You don't want to be in starvation mode. You will still lose weight and best of all you'll get fit doing it. I always eat what I burn to 1200 cals.

I ate mine back this week, but I am on 1200, so eating back to 1200. Once I go up to 1400 in a few weeks....i won't eat them back. So far lost 1.4 lbs!

I do. Mostly because I have a young son and anything that I do that increases my heart rate I log and count. Also because I am on a low cal count (1200) and I want to eat my extra cals....

I did this many years ago. My trainer told me that as long as I am not in starvation (so make sure you are eating the recommended cals) and drinking lots of water, my body will adjust in a week or so. I have severe chronic anxiety with OCD (internal mind nagging kind) tenancies. I am just starting MFP. I can't comment with advice, I am new to this. edamane - basically soy beans in pod. You can microwave them to warm them. they are full of protein and tast great. I am starting to do for myself what I have been doing for my son. it isn't just an American thing, I am Canadian and we are not really taught either. Only thing is our gov't SOMETIMES limits certain things from being allowed in our foods which is a very tiny help.
