If this were me I would eat some Kashi Go Lean cereal and an orange or grapefruit. Or some oatmeal.

Chicken! LOL The answer to everything. I used allrecipes.com for a good homemade whole wheat "shake 'n bake" style breading recipe and then I just cut the chicken breast into strips and baked at 425 for 30 mins. They are sooo good! I like to have a baked sweet potato on the side too...but that would be a little over for carbs for you so maybe a less starchy veggie.

Also, salad with chicken on it. I looove big salads with lots of color from veggies and then cut up chicken breast (grilled, baked, rotisserie, whatever you got).

Soup and salad? or, you could make a sandwich with 100 calorie roll. Turkey and cheese with a side of tomato soup?

Think know whats in my fridge. Eggwhites with fried onion (I have a herb and chives egg white mix) and some turkey bacon. I'll be over on protien (since I passed that number by 10am) but everything else fits :) Plus room for my tea with some milk :)
