  • I did p90x for 30 days and then stopped... it is an awesome workout.... I just didn't have the time for it... but I am going to try to start it up again soon.... that is probably part of the reason I've stopped losing so much weight too...

  • Yes, my meals are all spread out throughout the day with the most calories spent on dinner... I eat breakfast.. snack at 9:30... lunch... snack at like 2.... then dinner....

  • Thanks!! I am definitely going to have to try something drastic b/c what I'm doing is not working anymore..... I thought that I would hit a plateau until I got closer to my goal weight.... I still have a longggg way to go!! I have gotten good at maintaining though.. lol.

  • I put it in under cardio and label it P90X plyometrics or whatever exercise it is and then enter the time and calories per my HRM.
