I loooovvvvveeeeee wii on the zumba do it most nights and i lost 6 lb in my first week.

Its all airbrushed....watched a programme and it showed how they airbrush the space betwen your thighs x:smooched: :wink:

wii zubma is a good workout with dance in it ...i done the just dance before and its stop/start but with the zumba you put a belt around your waist so you are not holding the controller. it does make you sweat. xx:happy:

5 ft 2" Ideal would like to be 8 st 13 lb.......but I always seem to stick at around 9 st 8lb .....long way to go yet ....mind over matter:bigsmile:
