up your push ups to 35 -40 a minute and sit ups ya your gonna need to be able to do at least 35 a minute! You will do fine with the running.Can you do pull ups?

everything hurts my joints but a friend tonight told me about shots you can get that are good for 3 months i think i may ask about that everything hurts me..

nice!!!! So true.And i remeber a study on a fake sweetner you would of had to drink 400 cups a day for it to affect you lol there are more thing put into out meats and tap water like you said..

Do what makes you happy.You wouldnt be underweight so what the big deal..If you feel you want to lose the 10 do it..People say that to me your not losing more weight are you i just say i will if i want to lol..im 5"2 5"3 ish and im at 107 rite now but im very small framed .id like to be at 104.

I saw ont he doctors that the ice water burns more calories but not by much at all...And ya drinking water when your have hunger due to being bored works well i also chew gum and eat pickles if you like them they have no calories.

I though you ment making them yourself...We just either bake or pan fry ours and put a lil butter n pepper on them and eat them..I have never heard of putting them in tomato sauce..yuck imho..

Thats what they say.I do drink half my body weight some times a lil more in ounces but im only 109 pounds so.If i were you id stick to the 8 glasses a day a lil more if your working out hard or the weather is very hot and you should be fine..

bump...I also am not a big meat eater but their are a few things that have meat i cant give up forever..I was vegetarian for a long time though.
