I work out six days a week and have for going on nine years. We're mostly vegan. I don't eat much sugar, either.

Same here with my wife. Loose skin bothers me, but doesnt bother her at all.

My wife would tell you I was always horny 50 pounds ago and I'm always horny now. Sex is definitely better at 215 then 320. Better stamina, more flexibility, and my wife loves the muscles.

Good for you. I was like that when I went in 2011. Felt like everybody was looking at me. That's really not the case. IN fact, after a few years I found that it was like a brotherhood/sisterhood. Keep in mind this is a campus gym ... and the students are actually incredibly supportive. Keep going and you'll find that.

Hitting the benchmark in our Fitness Games at work: As many rounds of 15 pushups (easy), 20 burpees (God awful) and one lap (tenth of a mile) as you can in 15 minutes. I got three, which is the benchmark in my age division (40-49), in 13 minutes and said that was enough. I was sore for three days. But, hey, got a T-shirt…
