  • Worked at home today treadmill 30 mins walk jog intervals - 303 Step up's 80 - 102 abs workout 10 min - 48 total 453 off to work in the garden soon :)

  • Rode my horse for 1.5 hrs today, 15 mins cleaning paddocks, then went and rode a young girl horse thats been giving her a bit of trouble for another hr then gave her 40 min lesson. Dont know how many cals burnt, but my legs are killing me lol
