  • Keep in mind that if your iron is low or you have adrenal issues, armour will make you have side effects. It is worth getting these in line as you begin taking armour! the reference to stop the thyroid madness earlier in this thread will explain that to you!
  • I am currently using naturethroid and it has made a world of difference for me. I hope that you are able to get a natural thyroid med, as many of us find that they improve symptoms more than synthetics. May I recommend you check the website stop the thyroid madness dot com before seeing your new physician? Good luck!
  • Hi Steph, I see you're already doing a great job without 17dd. I am starting it today, Tuesday the 18th. I need to clean up my eating, and I need stricter rules for a few weeks to get on track. Good luck to you!
  • It sounds like you are getting stronger and more prepared to handle more of your life. I don't have great advice for you, but you sound like you have great insight.
  • RevNS, your comment was helpful. I like numbers, and I know I should have thought of that, but I didn't. Thanks for helping.
  • I am glad you posted this. Yesterday at boot camp, we did ladders followed by 30 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers, 10 push ups (3x the whole set), and my face was bright red for 2 hours after class. Really, no kidding, it registered moderate activity. I know I am overweight and out of shape, but it felt vigorous to me!…
  • I love that my body is, for the most part, healthy and that everything works. I get up each day and am not limited by my body. My mind, now that's another story;)
  • Thanks for the good ideas. I knew you could help. I agree that asking her how she calculated the calories is a good way to start the conversation. I expect that I will lose both inches and pounds by decreasing calories and increasing exercise without dropping to extremely low calorie intake. I forgot that one thing she did…
  • That's a good question. I had no luck losing weight while breastfeeding my son. I did not have bodymedia fit then either. If nobody here knows the answer, you might ask bodymedia fit support. Let us know what you learn.
  • It looks great. Of course I just bought Core, and I hope I still love it enough to *not* want to replace it by then:)
  • kansasbelle, did you take Viibryd? If so, how did it work for you?

  • Hi Heather, I'm following your post to see the advice you receive. I just started using my armband less than a week ago, and I don't have any advice for you. Good luck though!' This week I am just tracking my food intake honestly (I hate to track that bite of pie or cake, you know, and the mcd's I ate for lunch a few days…
  • Hi All, I'm just looking into this group, and I'll be 42 next month. My bodymedia fit arrived in the mail today, so I am wearing it starting tomorrow. I am just starting to research EM2WL, so I look forward to learning from all of you.
  • I had a fitbit and used it for awhile. I was very motivated at first, but then the case broke. I upgraded to the ultra. It kept popping off my jeans/pants or bra. I kept finding it on the sofa or chair where I was sitting. I was really disappointed in that. I lost it. I have no idea where. I have heard they will replace…
  • Keri, Congratulations. You must be ecstatic! Your starting point and goal are similar to mine. Great work! I cannot imagine getting those results in that time frame, but I would love it. Did you follow the nutrition plan? If not, what are you doing nutritionally? To what do you attribute your success? Thanks!
