I like Wallaby Organic Yogurt. It's creamy and comes in a nice variety of flavors.

Again, most of the snacks I enjoy are already on here, but I'll list them out. :) - melon (I haven't met a melon I didn't like yet...) - mangos (fruit and the skin) - grape tomatoes - Yogurt (current yogurt of choice is Wallaby Lowfat Organic) - cheese (preferably the sargento sticks like Colby Jack, Cheddar, and Mozz) -…

I second the swimming. Also, I did a little search and found some exercises that can be done with an ACL injury. Hope this helps! http://www.livestrong.com/acl-exercises/

If you have an ipod, I use a podcast for my C25k program. It's called the Chubby Jones Project.

Congrats on getting through the first week! I just started last Sunday and I'll be starting W2 this week.

Veggies are a good start. Sorry you don't like some of those fruits. If you like cantaloupe, have you tried experimenting with other melons? Honeydew is one that comes to mind. I guess the only way to see what fruits you would like would be to try a variety of fruits that you haven't tried yet. Once you find out what…

First off, congrats on the 59lbs lost so far! I just looked at a few days of your diary and noticed a few things. The first thing is that you haven't been logging water intake. How much water do you drink during the day? Although you don't need to drink tons, drinking water for me has helped I'd also recommend adding…

Sorry you didn't feel at your best today. I totally agree, the angle and type of the lights paired with the color of the walls is far from flattering. There are days I can go in and try on clothes and feel great about how I look, and then days I don't feel like I'm at my best and just don't like how anything looks on me,…

I'm on the fence, so I'll post my two favorite ways: 1. Sushi - Tuna, Salmon...willing to always try almost anything at least once (as long as it isn't too deep fried) from a good sushi place. 2. Salmon - Baked at a high heat with some olive oil and pepper on top (~400 degrees for 13-15 minutes)....yum!

bump I'll have to try making these sometime!

Although the scale might night be moving, also make sure that you're checking your measurements. I've noticed that although the scale has gone down slow and steady, I've lost inches almost everywhere (4 inches alone on my waistline!). Don't get too focused on the scale itself. Another way to gauge is how your clothes fit…

I have both games and I really do enjoy doing them when I can't make it to my weekly Zumba workouts at the gym. As others have stated, the only way to know how many calories you burn is if you get a decent HRM that also tracks calories (I use Polar, but there are other good brands out there too!). You can guesstimate how…

I'm a MS teacher. try switching out the chocolate for a fruit or something. It'll be hard at first (guilty stress-eater here), but soon you'll get the hang of it. I always try to take the stairs, but during the day it's a little hard. You could always try some fun DVD workouts. If you want to rest at night, perhaps try to…

Even though I haven't had any major differences scale-wise, I feel my biggest NSV so far is my clothes getting looser and people noticing my changing body! Not quite ready to be down to the next size, but I'm really proud of the 4.25" loss I've had around my waist since I started really using MFP. My goal for this year is…
