I love Blue Diamond Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. I put it on my cereal and it sweetens it enough to not need any other sweetener which results in less calories total. :)

I use the Wii Fit Plus (especially like to do the Free Step while I watch TV), EA Active 2 (some issues with it not always recognizing though but it's a kick a** workout) and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout which is a great way to work out aggression!

I had a lot of success with an electronic cigarette and not much weight gain. I have not had a cigarette sine 8/23/11. Even now, I only use my electronic cigarette once every 3 or 4 days now...

I log it just so I have a record of what I did and my progress, but I don't have a HRM so no real way to track calories burned from it.

I agree with this 1000%!!! Bumble & Bumble products are amazing. Also, when your hair is wet, take semi-small sections of hair and twist them almost like you're trying to turn that section into a tight piece of rope. Do that over your whole head and then allow to air-dry. That will reduce frizz dramatically!
