When I delete the Fitbit adjustment and sync it usually fixes it. I hope they fix this

No the numbers are different. I don't think I could possibly burn over 21,000 calories a day. Even when I delete the app and re-install it seems off. My activity is fairly consistent so I know where it should be and its still a bit high

DawnEmbers has some good advice. Try bodybuilding.com, the y have all different programs and they have a lot of videos and pictures. Try and work with a trainer if you can. A lot of gyms will offer some basic training for free. It is important to get the form down before adding weights. Most (not all) machines I stay away…

Those are some long lifting days. Have you thought of breaking it up? I find that when I do that I have more strength and can lift more plus I give my muscles needed rest. I do 4 lifting days on Mon, Tue, Th, Fri (2 upper/2 lower although I may switch it up and cycle push/pull/legs). I do a 15 -20 min elliptical warm up…

It depends what your goals are. Are you are looking to build muscle and/or strength or is it weight loss. Unfortunately it can be hard to do both at the same time so focus on one. For me it is weight loss. I have just adjusted my goals. I was doing the 40/30/30 but I needed a change. I have lost over 100lbs. My new goal is…

It was ok, not great. It was more like flavored ice. I tries cookies shake peanut butter cup. I still have Maple in the freezer. Maybe the fruity flavors are better. I like Forte protein Gelato (the ginger and the espresso - haven't tried chocolate).

Like others have said, it will feel normal again. It is very normal to have anxiety prior to surgery. This is a big step. I am 7 months out and feel great. Healthier and stronger than ever. What to take with you? I didn't really need anything in the hospital except stuff for a shower, some ear plugs and change of clothes…

I am struggling with old habits as well. As others have said, it is the bad carbs that trigger me to want more. Just need to get rid of them. Continue to surround yourself with support because this is when you need it most. Be forgiving of yourself and even when we make a bad choice, it isn't a failure. Just start right…

My favorite is the Syntrax nectar cappuccino. I put it in my coffee almost daily. I love nashua nutrition. You can buy a sample of any of the powders as well as give you free samples with your purchase. I sent you a friend request. You are in my neck of the woods :) Best of luck with surgery

I use mostly barbell and dumbells. The only machine I use are the pulley, leg press and leg extension. I avoid them as much as possible because they usually only work one muscle group, you use less stabilizing muscles and if the machine isn't just right, it can cause bad form which can cause injury. As far as asking the…

I highly recommend a protein isolate which is absorbed better. I love Syntrax nectar. I mix the cappuccino in with my black iced coffee daily.

I do a lot of lifting. Honestly, I don't care about stalls. I have actually just added creatine to my diet which is causing a bit of a gain. My body had changed far more than it would have with without the lifting. After all, isn't the goal to be healthy and to look better? A big fear of mine with surgery was losing…

you too

I love champion now and when I was larger. Go to their web page, they have a bra fitter.

I do 40/30/30. Honestly if you are lifting and losing 1lb a week at a year out, I think you are doing great.

I am not a milk drinker but my dietitian is fine with it. I do eat a lot of Greek yogurt. What does he think of the Fairlife milk? Less sugar and more protein (I am not familiar with the Mootopia) I know people that drink it because they don't like the protein drinks. Milk is not bad nutritionally and if it makes you feel…

I have the fitbit charge HR. I don't need to tell it I am going to sleep but it still has the short charger though. I wish it sent notifications, you can suggest it on the MFP suggestion page.

You look fantastic!

You look terrific! Keep up the great work.

I cook for a family as well and they all eat what I eat. The only difference is that I may occasionally make pasta, rice or have bread for them which I may have a small amount or not. I don't keep much for "junk food" in the house. The adults and kids do not need them. I may have some treats such as pea crisps or quinoa…

Really cute. You look great even sideways :)

If all your labs are good, maybe you should think about adding more calories. I know this has worked for you but your body has been running on these super low calories for a long time and if you have a demanding job, all the more reason. Talk to your dietitian.

Have you tried Rock's kitchen on Facebook?
