I've lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. Before I was trying to eat 1200 cals failing, getting depressed and eating more. My only problem is trying to hit Protein macros. wow. Its a lot of protein. And protein is expensive yo!

I found that most of my aches and pains have resolved themselves through sports massage, it hurts like hell but its amazing the effect it can have on your recovery. go to a quality sports masseuse and also consider investing in a foam roller for self massage. I also use a tennis ball for self massage. Good luck!

My worst binge was when i woke up in the middle of the night and ate an entire 500 gram jar of peanut butter with a spoon without stopping. I thought I was going to have a nerves breakdown it was so bad. I have cuts on my palate - it was pretty severe.

I have the same problem. I even wake up at 3 am sometimes with a ravenous hunger and eat while half asleep. Often as much as an entire loaf of bread.
