Hi - for the past 6 months I have included some weight training (2x a week) into my regular workouts of running, HIIT, and functional training. I'm terminating my gym membership until next year as I am moving and need to save a bit so, I will return to just running and bodyweight exercises. Will I lose muscle mass? I am…

Oats Not So Easy - Help me Measure Up?
Hi. I know I sound ridiculously daft but I'm having trouble figuring out calories for bowl of oats. If the serving size is 50g on the packet does that mean dry or cooked? For breakfast I use 50g dry oats with 200ml water zapped in the microwave. So what calorie measurement shoudl I put down?
