  • OP - Having low-carb snacks on hand is crucial for the first phase of atkins-- so you have no excuse to get the Cheetos! But I swear, after pushing through 2 or 3 days on high protein, low carb, you won't crave them at all any more.
  • My fat is set at 60% (for induction) and I rarely ever meet it!
  • Hi rachael! I am 6 feet tall and would love to get to 180lb! Haven't been since college. :) But I have about 20 more pounds to lose to be comfortable in my own skin. I am an athlete too, but a couple years of not working out well and eating (fat and happy) I am doing low-carb to lose some inches before my November wedding!
  • I've lost about 7 solid pounds and people say they notice in my face. My mom always told me that is the first place I lose AND gain... I don't see her again til late June, so I hope she can tell I have lost a lot all over!
