right now i am getting 4-6 hrs of sleep a night thanks to a newborn and i have noticed if i go to many days with less sleep my weight will plateo and once i can get to 6 again i'll start losing. of course this could also be due to the fact that i have less energy on 4 hrs and therefore do less.
