It did give me the average HR for 60 minutes(185 bpm/89% of my HRmax). But I decided to change the 'activity level' setting from 3-5h/week to 1-3h/week. Maybe that'll help get a more accurate number. Thanks everyone :)

SW - 75,5 kg(166.5 lbs) (Sunday Jan 1) Week 1 - 73,8 kg(162.7 lbs) (Sunday Jan 8 ) Week 2 - xxx lbs (Sunday Jan 15) Week 3 - xxx lbs (Sunday Jan 22) Week 4 - xxx lbs (Sunday Jan 29) Total lost - xx lbs (Wednesday Feb 1) Down 1,7 kg(3.8 lbs), though it's probably a lot of water weight.
