I really enjoy lifting with free weights, i dont have very heavy ones though at home, just 10lbs. I was thinking about starting strong lifts, but really dont want to spend a lot of $$ on bar bell and weights ect..

Before pic taken July 2013 @ 186lbs! ( im 5'2" ) After taken Apr 2014 @ 136lbs Most of my results are from following MFP and sticking to my calories 90% of the time ( the odd cheat meal ) Also moving (walking/running/calisthenics) 20-30 min a day :)

I use fitness blender on Youtube. They have over 200+ videos on all different exercise routines and all different length of times. My favorite routine right now is doing the 30 min kettle bell workouts, as you are using all the muscles in your body while breaking a good sweat!
