Has anyone tried the 7 minute workout for an extended period of time? Im thinking of adding this in 7 days a week, along with running 2-3 miles 4 times a week. I don't have access to a gym right now, and 30-60 min exercise videos are starting to bore me, so im looking to switch it up. Any thoughts? TIA…
HI, just wondering if it is better to take your morning weight or evening weight? Obviously, the morning weight is most generous, but is one or the other more of an accurate reading? What are your thoughts?
