7 minute workout? Anyone tried this?

Has anyone tried the 7 minute workout for an extended period of time? Im thinking of adding this in 7 days a week, along with running 2-3 miles 4 times a week. I don't have access to a gym right now, and 30-60 min exercise videos are starting to bore me, so im looking to switch it up. Any thoughts? TIA

I tried it... but I couldn't keep it to under 7 minutes and wound up working out for an hour.

    Ooops.

I did it for the first time this morning (so, I'm no help for the OP, but in for the answers)! I downloaded an app for my phone that announced what I should do, which was really cool and made it super easy to follow. I have a really really hard time getting workout time in (full time job that ends up taking up 11-12 hours/day once you factor in OT and commuting plus 2 kids under 4) so I'm always looking for ways to sneak in some activity even on days where I can't make it to the gym or devote time even to a DVD at home (which unfortunately happens more often than not). I just did it in my PJs first thing before I got in the shower (tip for next time: put a sports bra on first, lol). I'm hoping to do it most mornings and then as many evenings as possible on days where I don't get in another workout. I don't know if by itself (even if you do it the recommended 2 times per day) it would be enough to make a big impact, but I'm trying to view it as a "better than nothing" sort of thing.
