This sounds amazing, thank you for sharing. I am new and at the point where I ‘don’t have the will to do anything’. I’m exhausted all the time - it’s hard to get started /keep going at this bit. I’m 37 and I’d love to feel like you do by the time I’m 39! J

How different we all are! I'm 185lbs, 5ft 7 and I'm a 16 on top, 14 on bottom (uk).x I have slim legs and my tummy/boobs are very big. Not a good look, but not for much longer!xx

Gosh what an unhelpful reply you got there! However, logging everything will help. As will hanging in there - why not try 2000 cals a day for 2 weeks (between you and trainers goals) and see what happens? Perhaps the stomach issues are causing more weight than you realise. I'm 5ft 7" and currently 177. Trying to get to 145 - Think around 140 is maintainable and a nice size for 5.6-5.8 heights . However, if you do a lot of resistance/muscle building you may be heavier than that but look leaner. Totally depends how you carry too! I'm an apple.x

Sounds good :) I've very slowly lost 8 pounds over last 8 weeks and now want to actually give it some real effort. My goal is to lose one stone by Christmas and 20 pounds by end January. I have a 12 week old baby so tiredness and reaching for sugar hits are my hurdles!
