I've very slowly lost 8 pounds over last 8 weeks and now want to actually give it some real effort. My goal is to lose one stone by Christmas and 20 pounds by end January. I have a 12 week old baby so tiredness and reaching for sugar hits are my hurdles!

Surgery on a fractured hand this Friday. My goal is complete recovery so I can get back on my bike and resume upper body strength training.0
