Hi, Im 5'9 and currently 76kg (167lbs roughly I think). I am wanting to get back to 70kg (155ish), any less than that I find it hard to maintain. I also seem to weigh more than I look, heavy bones maybe?!

Thanks so much for answering my questions! I just needed to get it right in my head so I knew I was going in the right direction! I have to get heavier dumbells or a bar/weights so I can do the shoulder presses, I only have some lightweight dumbells at the moment that I use in my JM workouts. I do plenty of squat exercises…

You can still drink, just choose wisely! Vodka + diet mixer Vodka + Lime + Soda Rum/Bourbon/Scotch + coke zero all = approx 60 cals. So you can definately enjoy a few drinks! Generally A bottle of wine = 500-600 cals. 6 low carb beers = 600 cals Avoid pre-mixed drinks and you'll be fine! Have fun!

I have this problem too! We eat out once each weekend and generally most take-outs are around 1000cals give or take. I also like to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend to the equivilent of 500-1000cals. I've figured out what works for me is to add up my weekly intake, minus off those 'extra' calories and divide the rest by…
