the best advice i ever got on here... remember that it takes a few weeks to form a habit...so i say just resist the temptation knowing that the first week will be hell...then each day after that will be easier. then eventually it will be habit. :)

i agree with this...maybe try to add a little more muscle (you'll see a gain on the scale) then cut back down. or just have more fun foods on the weekends and keep at your current calorie number during the week?

it's 90 minutes...that's too long for me. by the time you get there, get home, etc...that's 2 hours. i do like it though, guess it depends on if you have that kind of time to devote.

mine was caused by protein shakes...have you started drinking those?? i quit and (sadly, bc i really liked them) no more bloat.

i finished a few weeks ago. i am currently doing the max workouts mon, tues, wed, fri...running thur and sat...rest day sunday. making my own little schedule. :) i like it so far. doing max circuit twice a week, plyo and max cardio each once.

yep...i also have cottage cheese and greek yogurt as snacks every day. i typically use plain greek and add a few drops of vanilla stevia and/or fresh fruit. yummy for dessert, too. kashi go lean for breakfast almost every day as well...but i need all the fiber i can get...

wow....that would totally piss me off. i eat the go lean, not that particular cereal you mentioned, but now i'm skeptical of all of their labels. i mean...i eat it every day. if it were off my 100 calories, i'd be so mad!!!! how did you find out?? just happened to notice it on the box?

I wish we had more Polar flavors in Maryland! I love the flavors we do have...but we don't have peppermint and some of the other ones you all have mentioned. I'm jealous!! I live off of that stuff. :)

Yeah...i agree...lose fat all over. I'm am a reformed pear. :) Now an hourglass. I did lose a little more up top/middle first...but then my bottom half quickly caught up.

yep...they are right...never hit snooze! get out of bed AS SOON AS your alarm goes off. it stinks...but i've never regretted a morning workout AFTER the workout. :) and go to bed early enough.

trust me...you will work your abs!!! you won't THINK you're working your abs...but will know the next morning when your abs are sore. even more in month 2. lots of plank-based exercises that are secretly working them. i read somewhere "once you discover your core, you'll use it more"...i think this is true. i was concerned…

This was happening to me too. I had to suck it up and give up my "real-sized" dinners...instead I usually eat a lunch-sized dinner so I can eat more throughout the day. Usually... :)

i TOTALLY AGREE!!! i dread max plyo...so i dreaded today. although i hate max recovery even more...i literally was grumpy and in a bad mood the entire max recovery workout last week. not looking forward to it tomorrow. i LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the other workouts.
