.....And feel so guilty for eating it :( I know they aren't the greatest thing when doing a lifestyle change, but the baby would let me put him down to make anything. On the bright side, I didn't eat all of it, only about 3/4 of it!

Good morning. I think I might start my 30 day shred DVD today. I joined a challenge that begins next week, but I thought I might start it today just to see what it's like, and get my exercise in, as it's very nasty outside today.

I am just new to this site, started my way to a healthier lifestyle on Monday. I am afraid to start exercsing until I start seeing some weight loss. I think I will be discouraged if I start going to the gym and I don't see anything from my muscles retaining water or inches loss. Is it alright to wait a few weeks to start…
